Upon our visit, we discovered that Lichtblick had just launched a new menu, bringing with it innovative dishes that pique the senses.
Patrons have the choice of three meticulously crafted menus, priced between €48 to €58 each, with an additional option for a cheese course. The versatility of the menu allows guests to mix and match, ensuring a personalized experience tailored to individual tastes. Opting primarily for menus two and three during our visit, we savored delightful dishes, each showcasing culinary expertise and creativity.
Every course we sampled was a work of art, both visually and gastronomically. The poached wild-caught prawns, complemented by sweet potatoes and a refreshing blood orange-grapefruit salad, stood out as a particularly vibrant dish. Another highlight was the medium-rare roasted Spanish Duroc pork, elegantly paired with a potato cake, black salsify, and sage jus, bringing together tradition and innovation skillfully.
The dessert offerings equally astonished, particularly the walnut éclair served on crème patisserie, a decadent indulgence enhanced by caramelized nuts and buttermilk ice cream.
